Introduction
Welcome to DRAI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DRAI Platform and our related products and services, including DRAI Chat, our Microsoft Word add-in (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
"User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the DRAI Platform.
"AI-Role" refers to the artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistants provided through our platform.
"DRAI Chat" refers to our Microsoft Word add-in, distributed through Microsoft AppSource, through which AI-Roles read, draft, revise, and comment on documents open in Microsoft Word.
"Add-in" refers to DRAI Chat and any other Microsoft Office add-in we make available.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Use the Services to store or transmit infringing or unlawful content
Microsoft Office Add-ins
DRAI Chat is a Microsoft Word add-in distributed through Microsoft AppSource (the "Add-in"). The following terms apply to your use of the Add-in:
- Subscription required. The Add-in requires an active, paid DRAI workspace subscription and a valid workspace code. There is no standalone, consumer, or self-service tier, and the Add-in provides no functionality without a connected DRAI workspace.
- Supported environments. The Add-in requires Word with WordApi 1.6 support: Microsoft 365 (Version 2308 or later), Office 2024, Word for Mac 16.76 or later, or Word on the web.
- AI-generated content. Responses, proposed edits, and comments produced by AI-Roles are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it or submitting it to any customer, agency, or third party.
- You approve every change. Edits are applied to your document as native Word tracked changes and comments, which you may accept, reject, or undo. Comments do not alter document text. DRAI does not silently modify your documents.
- No outcome guarantee. DRAI makes no representation or warranty that use of the Add-in will result in a compliant proposal, a responsive submission, or the award of any contract.
- Microsoft is not a party. Microsoft is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the Add-in, and provides no support for it. Support is provided by DRAI at https://draics.com/contact. Your use of Microsoft Word remains governed by your own agreement with Microsoft.
- Your content. You represent that you have the right to submit any document content you process through the Add-in, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, classification restriction, or third-party right. Do not submit classified information through the Add-in.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of DRAI Commercial Services Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRAI Commercial Services Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
