Microsoft Office Add-ins
DRAI Chat is distributed through Microsoft AppSource and runs inside a Microsoft Office task pane. Within that task pane we use browser local storage and session storage — not advertising or analytics cookies — for:
- Your workspace code, so the add-in can reconnect to your DRAI workspace
- Authentication and session tokens issued by DRAI's identity provider during sign-in
- Basic interface preferences, such as the last AI-Role you selected
We set no advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies inside the Office task pane, and we do not use the add-in to build cross-site profiles. Because only strictly necessary storage is used, no consent banner is displayed inside Office. Signing out of the add-in, or removing it from Word, clears this storage. Sign-in occurs in a standard Office dialog against DRAI's own identity provider; no Microsoft account credentials are requested, received, or stored.
